The appeal is directed against an interim order passed by the learned Single Judge on 19th January 2021.

In view of the order dated 05th July 2022 passed in MAT 12 of 2021 the impugned order dated 19th January 2021 shall stand set aside. The writ petition shall be decided after affidavits are exchanged by the parties.

The claim and entitlement of the petitioner to any service benefit or terminal benefit shall abide by the final result of WP 5421 (W) of 2020.

The petitioner shall be entitled to pray for early hearing before the learned single Bench.

With the aforesaid observations, the appeal and the connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
