... for the respondent no.5 and 6 Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta, learned counsel, is appearing for the petitioner. Mr. Subir Kumar Saha, leaned counsel, is appearing for the State. Mr. Ajay Singhal, learned counsel, is appearing for the respondent nos.5 and 6.

The petitioner has filed the present application for not taking appropriate action by the police authority even after filing of several complaints by the petitioner against the private respondent.

Learned counsel for the State has submitted the report wherein it reveals that on the basis of the complaint dated 28.12.2023 the Matigara P.S. has initiated Matigara P.S. Case No.1064/2023 dated

28.12.2023 under Section 447/506/34 IPC and on completion of the investigation, the police has also submitted charge sheet against the accused persons, namely, Basanta singh @ Tinku Singh and Robin Singh @ Rinku Singh. In the said report it is further mentioned that on receipt of the complaint dated 2nd May, 2024 from the petitioner at Matigara P.S., GD Entry has been made and prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been initiated in anticipation for prevention of any cognizable offence against Basanta Singha @ Tinku Singha, Robin Singh @ Rinku Singh.

This Court finds that the police has already taken appropriate steps by registering FIR and on completion of investigation charge sheet has been filed and thus nothing remains in the application. Accordingly, WPA No.1000 of 2024 is disposed of.

Let the report submitted by the counsel for the State be kept with the record.
