1. Petitioners are not represented on the second day today despite accommodation on the earlier day.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the charges against the petitioners are serious of murder by gunshot wound and their custodial interrogation is necessary.

3. Case records and the statements under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C. have been considered by this Court.

4. In that view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. CRM (A) 307 of 2025 is, thus, rejected.

6. The Case Diary be returned.
