1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected earlier on merits. Date has been fixed for recording evidence of the victim on 24th May 2024.

3. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. Trial court is requested to examine the victim on the next date and trial be concluded as expeditiously as possible. (Ajay Kumar Gupta,J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
