Mr. Hillol Saha Poddar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the present revisional application has been filed challenging order dated 28.8.2019 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Siliguri in M.R.Case No. 119 of 2019 granting interim maintenance in favour of the opposite party no. 2. However, as the original maintenance proceeding has already been disposed of by the Trial Magistrate, hence, the petitioner does not intend to proceed further with the present revisional application. Mr. Aditishankar Chakraborty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor along with Mr. Ujjal Luksom, leaned advocates appear for the State.

Mr. Pritam Roy, learned advocate appears on behalf of the opposite party no. 2.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner as aforesaid, the present revisional application stands dismissed "as withdrawn".

All connected applications stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
