1. This is an application for modification and/or relaxation of the conditions of bail imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 14.05.2024 passed in CRM (DB) 235 of 2024.

2. The petitioner submits that the charge-sheet has been filed and he has complied with the conditions contained in the order dated 14.05.2024, and prays that the conditions so imposed be waived.

3. Mr. Luksom, learned advocate appearing for the State, concurs with the contentions of the petitioner that the charge-sheet has been submitted. In response to my query, he submits that there is no adverse report against the petitioner.

4. Having heard the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties, perused the materials on record, and taken note of the facts that the charge-sheet has been submitted and there is no adverse report against the petitioner, the conditions imposed upon the petitioner in the order dated 14.05.2024 are hereby waived.
