Smt. Tateswari Adhikari and others On repeated occasions, none appeared on behalf of the appellants. On the last occasion, none appeared before the Co-ordinate Bench and the Coordinate Bench directed that the matter should be listed on November 11, 2024 for dismissal. Office report dated May 20, 2022 indicates that the defect as directed by the another coordinate bench, to be removed within two weeks from December 20, 2022, had not been removed.

Under such circumstances, this court is of the opinion that the appellants are not interested to pursue the matter. Accordingly, SAT 13 of 2019 along with connected application stand dismissed for default.
