Having considered the materials on record and bearing in mind the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier and as date has been fixed for recording evidence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.

Trial court is, however, directed to conduct the trial on a day to day basis and conclude the same at an early date preferably within one year form the date fixed for recording of evidence without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
