1. Learned advocate appearing for the parties submits that, the parties entered into a Deed of Settlement dated January 13, 2026. They submit

that the Second Appeal be disposed of and a decree be passed in terms of Deed of Settlement dated January 13, 2026.

2. CAN 10 of 2026 is an application seeking disposal of Second Appeal in terms of the Deed of Settlement dated January 13, 2026 executed by the parties.

3. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties and recorded in the Deed of Settlement dated January 13, 2026, photocopy of which is annexed to the application, the Second Appeal is decreed in terms of the Deed of Settlement dated January 13, 2026.

4. The Deed of Settlement dated January 13, 2026 will form a part of the decree passed in the Second Appeal.

5. S.A. 3 of 2022 along with the connected applications stand disposed of accordingly.
