It is submitted by the parties that the order in question has been complied with. A communication dated 23rd October, 2024, addressed to the petitioner for payment of gratuity and leave encashment, has been issued 2.

It appears that the petitioner has received a sum of Rs. 8,86,894/- towards interest thereon. The same may be agitated in an independent proceeding.

Hence, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

CPAN 33 of 2022 shall stand disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.
