The application for bail is, accordingly, rejected. However, having regard to the submission made that not a single witness has been examined till date after framing of charge, we request the Learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and invoke Section 309 of the Cr.P.C. so that the trial could be concluded within a reasonable time.

CRM (NDPS) 373 of 2023 is disposed of.
