The petitioner is an Assistant Teacher in History (Pass) in SC category in Kachakali Junior Girls High School, P.O.- Chandanidanga, Chopra, District - Uttar Dinajpur and claims to be serving thereat from 15th October, 2009. The petitioner had made an online application seeking transfer on medical ground. This prayer was rejected by the concerned District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Uttar Dinajpur.

The petitioner is now seeking a general transfer and has made an offline application for transfer on 7th

May, 2024 since the online mode under Utsashree project has been suspended.

Although the representation is relatively recent on having been made on 7th May, 2024 and the person to whom the same has been made cannot be blamed at this stage for any delay, I think that justice will be subserved if I direct the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Uttar Dinajpur to verify the enclosures to the petitioner's representation dated 7th May, 2024 and forward the same to the Chairman of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission, being the respondent no.3, within 2 weeks from date.

The respondent no.3 shall decide the issue of general transfer on the basis of the documents submitted by the writ petitioner with the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Uttar Dinajpur and the respondent no.3.

The District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Uttar Dinajpur shall also sent a note after verifying the petitioner's allegation that there is no student enrolled in the 2024-25 session in the school wherein the petitioner is employed.

Let the entire exercise by the respondent no.3 be completed within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of all papers and documents from the District Inspector of Schools (S.E.), Uttar Dinajpur (respondent no.5).

Nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. The same is accordingly disposed of. Since I have not called for any affidavits, allegations contained in this writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
