1. The petitioner herein prays for bail apprehending arrest in connection with Sahebganj P. S. Case No. 83 of 2026 dated 23.02.2026 under Sections 85/89 of BNS, 2023 read with Section 3 /4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 in connection with G. R. Case No. 85 of 2026.
2. The petitioner herein is the husband of the de facto complainant.
3. Considering the nature of allegations and the materials in the case diary and the fact that the petitioner being the husband of the de facto complainant, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
4. CRM (A) 353 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of.
5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
