Mr. Jagriti Mishra ...For the Petitioner Mr. Debabrata Dhar Ms. Paramita Sahu ...For the State Respondents This is an application under Article 226 of the akb Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities in not considering the representations, lastly made on February 13, 2019 of the petitioner.

Mr. Debabrata Dhar, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the State respondents submits that the direction may be given for consideration of the representation made by the petitioner.

I have heard the learned Counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties and perused the materials placed on record.

In the light of the above, I direct the Principal, North Bengal medical College and Hospital, P.O. Sushrut Nagar, P.S. Matigara, District - Darjeeling, being the respondent No. 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated February 13, 2019 after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, thereafter, to pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks from the date

of communication of this order.

Respondent No. 3 is also directed to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner within a week from the date of passing the reasoned order.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.

Since, no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have not been admitted by the respondents. There will be no order as to costs.
