And In Re : Atarul Hossen ...... petitioner Mr. Radhamohan Roy ....for the petitioner Mr. Niloy Chakraborty Mr. Tapan Bhattacharya ....for the State Petitioner renews the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner is in custody in excess of 201 days. There is hardly any possibility of the trial commencing any time soon. The charges are yet to be framed.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the materials in the case diary. The earlier application for bail was rejected by an order dated March 3, 2022. There is hardly any material change in circumstances subsequent to the earlier order of rejection dated March 3, 2022.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.

In such circumstances, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (DB) 187 of 2022 is dismissed.
