Mr. Partha Pratim Sarkar ... for the petitioners Mr. Joyjit Chowdhury ... for the respondent Nos. 5,6 and 7 On 10th August, 2022 I passed an order with an objective to settle the dispute between the husband and wife i.e. the petitioner No. 1 and the respondent No. 5. I requested them to visit a tourist spot namely, Puri with their child so that the dispute can be solved at the level of the husband and wife without any other interference but they left Puri after one day instead of staying there three days.

The matter is fixed today for further hearing. When I find that my endevour for settling the dispute has failed, I think that no further order is required to be passed by this Court. I am told that the respondent No. 5 has already obtained anticipatory bail.

With the above observation, I dispose of this matter. It has been submitted on behalf of the learned advocate for the petitioners that their case really came to an end when the investigating officer was changed. I expect that the wife will not be harassed by the police in any manner whatsoever in the name of investigation.

The application being CAN 1 of 2022 is also disposed of.
