1. We have heard the Learned Counsels for the parties.

2. Considering the fact that trial has already commenced and the petitioner is a foreign nationale, we direct the Learned Trial Court to conclude the trial within six months from the date fixed, without granting any adjournments to either of the parties unless it is unavoidable.

3. The application for bail is accordingly rejected.

4. CRM (NDPS) 384 of 2023 is disposed of.
