The petitioner has filed the present application for grant of bail and it is found that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed. Charge has also been framed and the case is at the stage of evidence. 4.

Counsel for the State submits that out of 16 witnesses, 13 witnesses already examined including the victim and only

three witnesses are yet to be examined and next date is fixed on 26th May, 2025.

Heard the learned Counsel for the respective parties and perused the materials on record. This Court finds that out of 16 witnesses, 13 witnesses already examined and 3 witnesses yet to be examined and the case is at the stage of completion of trial. Thus this Court is not inclined to grant bail at this stage.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 77 of 2025 is dismissed. (Krishna Rao, J.)
