Affidavit of service is taken on record.

The petitioners are the mother-in-law, the brother-in-law and his wife of the deceased, against whom no direct and cogent materials from the case diary could be found, so far as the alleged offence is concerned.

The submission made on behalf of the petitioners that the deceased used to live with her husband in a different State for the purpose of avocation of the husband is duly corroborated through the materials in the case diary.

Considering all as above, the present application of the petitioners is allowed.

In the event of arrest the petitioners shall be granted bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dinhata. The petitioners shall comply with the condition under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and shall cooperate with investigation in all possible way. They shall not intimidate witnesses in any manner and shall not tamper with the evidence of the case in any manner whatsoever. 6.
During the period of investigation, the petitioner no. 2 is directed to visit the I.O. every three weeks till further order by the Court in this regard.
