The petitioner has filed the present writ application praying for a direction upon the respondent no.2 for consideration of the representation dated 14th March, 2023 as the same is pending before the respondent authorities. Counsel for the respondents submits that he has received the report and found that the application which the petitioner intends to be disposed of by the respondent no.2 is not available with the office of the respondent no.2.

In view of the matter this Court finds that no purpose would be served by keeping the writ application pending. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 that if

the office of the respondent no.2 finds that the representation filed by the petitioner is pending, the same shall be disposed of by giving the opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within six weeks from the date of communication of this order and if it is found that the representation is not available with the office of the respondent, the respondent will pass appropriate order.

WPA No. 1133 of 2023 is thus disposed of.
