1. This is an application for relaxation of conditions for grant of anticipatory bail, imposed by an order dated June 12, 2023. The prayer is that the condition that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders and additionally, the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction without the permission of the jurisdictional court, be relaxed.

2. It is submitted that charge-sheet has been submitted and there is no adverse report against the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions, this court is of the view that the condition imposed that the petitioner shall meet the investigating officer once in a week, is waived. All other conditions as per the direction of the order dated June 12, 2023 shall remain unaltered.
