1. Considering the materials in the case diary, the seizure list and the recovery of narcotic substance above commercial quantity made from the petitioners, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage.

2. The application for bail is accordingly rejected.

3. In view of the restriction under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, we have taken note of the fact that the trial has already commenced and a schedule has been prepared by the Learned Trial Judge for conducting the Trial.

4. CRM (NDPS) 390 of 2023 is disposed of.
