1. The appellant is grieved by the interim order dated 02.05.2024 of the writ court. The relevant extract of the interim order reads as follows :

"9. Be that as it may, I am of the view that the police authorities must ensure protection of the victim girl and her family members and also ensure that the co accused who have been enlarged on bail in connection with Siliguri Police Station Case No.356 of 2024, do not come within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station where the victim girl resides."

2. The learned State counsel submits that now a report has been handed over to the learned State counsel by the Investigating Officer.

3. In view of the said subsequent development the police has expressed that they are taking all steps required for maintaining vigil on the victim and her family.

4. The learned counsel for the appellants submits that he would be approaching the writ court by making mention for its early listing for getting the order modified.

5. In view of such submission and in view of the present report dated 11.05.2024, the present appeal is disposed of.
