Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record.

Petitioner is a Bangladeshi national. After coming to the country he used fake documents to mask his identity and illegal stay here. In view of nature of crime, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected. 4.
