After hearing the learned Counsel for the petitioner, we permit the petitioner to surrender before the Trial Court and obtain regular bail.
The petitioner, however, shall in the meantime meet the Investigating Officer twice in a week and the learned Trial Judge in deciding the application for bail shall take into consideration the report that may be filed by the Investigating Officer in this regard and decide the application on its own merits. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed and disposed of.
