Having considered the materials on record showing joint possession of narcotic substances of commercial quantity and having regard to the fact that the petitioner has control and domain over such contraband items, which are above commercial quantity, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

2. The application for bail is accordingly rejected.

3. CRM (NDPS) 393 of 2023 is disposed of.
