1. Petitioner seeks cancellation of bail granted by the Order No.5 dated February 20, 2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge in Bail Petition No.46/2024.

2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, subsequent to the grant of bail, the private opposite parties are harassing the petitioner. Petitioner lodged further police complaint with regard to the allegation of the harassment subsequent to the grant of bail.

3. Post-bail misconduct of the private opposite parties are not such so as to warrant cancellation of the bail already granted.

4. Order granting bail contains adequate reasons.

5. No external injury was found.

6. In such circumstances, we find no merit in the present petition.

7. CRM (DB) 250 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
