Sakti Pada Jana, learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that certain amendments and corrections are required in the impugned order dated 25th April, 2025 passed by the Single Bench.

Mr. Jana, on instruction, also submits that his client wishes to withdraw the instant appeal with liberty to file afresh on the self same cause of action. 3.

In that view of the matter, with liberty reserved to the appellant as prayed for, MAT 36 of 2025 shall stand dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, all connected pending application, if any, is also dismissed.
