Mr. Sudhindra Das ...for the Petitioner Mr. Bikramaditya Ghosh Ms. Bedashruti Bose ...for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner's daughter got married to the respondent no.7 and after some time, became untraceable. The private respondents did not disclose any whereabouts of the daughter of the petitioner. They simply said that she had passed away. The petitioner approached the police authorities for necessary relief, but was denied any.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on a report, which is taken on record, and submits as follows. This is a case of inter religious marriage between the

petitioner's daughter and the respondent no.7. Copies of pictures taken make it amply clear that the petitioner and the family members were having regular interactions with the victim and the private respondents.

Subsequently, the petitioner's daughter suffered from cancer and died from cardio respiratory failure, which is evident from the death certificate annexed with the report.

Relevant prescriptions are also annexed.

Copy of the report is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the documents that the petitioner was seeking regarding the death of her daughter have been made available in the report filed by the State.

In view of above, I do not find a need to pass any further order.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without passing any further order. Urgent Xerox certified copy of this order if applied for be supplied on priority basis.
