Though the petitioner's name appear from the FIR as well as from the materials in C.D. his involvement and specific role is not apparent. Instead the allegations made against the petitioner appear to be omnibus in nature.

Considering all as above, the bail prayer of the petitioner is allowed.

In the event of arrest the petitioner shall be granted bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathabhanga,

Coochbehar in G.R. Case No. 378 of 2026 arising out of Mathabhanga Police Station Case No. 180 of 2026. The petitioner shall comply with the condition under Section 482(2) of the BNSS, 2023 and shall cooperate with investigation in all possible way. He shall not intimidate witnesses in any manner and shall not tamper with the evidence of the case in any manner whatsoever. 4.
