Heard the learned Counsels for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the co-accused was turned down in April, 2024. Petitioner stands on the same footing with him. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

3. Application for bail is, thus, rejected.
