1. Let the name of Mr. Joyjit Choudhury, ld. A.P.P. recorded in the order dated 2nd August, 2024 stand corrected to read as Mr. Aditi Shankar Chakraborty.

2. It is submitted by Mr. Chakraborty, ld. A.P.P., who is present in Court, that he has not raised any bills for the said period.

3. This Court is inclined to accept the submission of Mr. Chakraborty since in view of the LR, the inclusion of the name of the A.P.P. was unintentional and he has given instructions to remove his name from the order sheet.

4. If, however, the LR may have paid to Mr. Chakraborty towards any of the subject appearances, the same may be recovered against any future bills or payments to be made.

5. With the aforesaid observations, CRM (A) 419 of 2024 shall stand disposed of.
