Petitioner approached this Court at a stage when some of the witnesses were not examined. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the issue relating to grievance is that CSWs- 10, 11, 12 and 13 were not examined who were doctors. At the relevant stage, the investigating officer of the case was also not examined. Subsequently with passage of time, on 24th March, 2025, examination of the accused persons under Section 313 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was over and thereafter date was fixed on 25th April, 2025 for arguments of the case.

Mr. Chakraborty, learned APP, appears for the State. I have considered the agony expressed by the petitioner who happens to be the de facto complainant. Having considered the stage of the case since arguments are presumed to be heard already on 25th April, 2025, I direct that in case the judgement till date has not been delivered by the learned Trial Court and an application under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is preferred by the

petitioner, the learned Trial Court would consider the same in accordance with law for the ends of justice.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 219 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
