1. CRAN 1 of 2024 is an application for relaxation of condition of anticipatory bail passed in the order dated 22nd May, 2024 by a Co-ordinate bench of this Court in CRM(A) 426 of 2024 on the ground that the condition of the reporting to the Investigating Officer should be removed.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been submitted.

3. In that view of the matter, the condition imposed on the petitioners to report to the Investigating Officer of the case, shall stand revoked.

4. With the aforesaid directions, CRAN 1 of 2024 is allowed and disposed of.
