Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is the prime accused and his prayer for anticipatory bail was twice rejected earlier. However, having considered that the petitioner has given an undertaking that he shall surrender before the trial court and the chargesheet has already been filed, he may not be arrested for two weeks and shall apply for regular bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands disposed of.
