It is noted that the petitioner had earlier instituted a writ petition being WPA 2281 of 2024, arising out of the same cause of action. However, the said writ petition was dismissed for non prosecution by an order dated 05.11.2024.

The petitioner has now filed the present writ petition on identical grounds and based on the same set of facts as the earlier writ petition.

This Court is of the considered view that the present writ petition is not maintainable, as it is barred by principles of res judicata.

In light of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from pursuing any other remedy that may be available to him under the law.
