The matter is put up for necessary rectification of the order and judgment dated February 17, 2026. In the operative portion of the judgment and order of last page it is mentioned "Judgment and Order dated 27/04/2015 passed by the Learned Additional District Judge 3rd Court Cooch Behar in Title Appeal No. 20/2015 is set aside." Instead of judgment and order dated 27.04.2015 it should be rectified and corrected as "Judgment and Order dated 03/10/2019 passed by the Learned Additional District Judge 3rd Court Cooch Behar in Title Appeal No. 20/2015 is set aside." Other contents of the judgment and order dated February 17, 2026 remain unaltered.

Let this order be treated as part of the order dated February 17, 2026.
