Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner be kept with record.
The grievance of the petitioner is that just in front of the house of the petitioner, the private respondent has started construction on the Panchayat road by affecting ingress and egress of the petitioner in his house.
The petitioner has made a representation to the Pradhan on 10th May, 2024 as well as the BDO but till date the representation submitted by
the petitioner has not been considered and the private respondent is making construction over the Panchayat road.
This Court finds that no purpose would be served by keeping the writ petition pending.
Accordingly, the writ is petition is disposed of by directing the BDO as well as the Pradhan that is the respondent Nos. 3 and 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner and to dispose of the representation by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order.
WPA/1058/2024 is disposed of.
