It has been submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners as well as the private opposite party that there has been an amicable settlement and compromise effected between the parties.

Accordingly, the petitioners/applicants would file an affidavit, if so advised, before the learned ACJM, Mekhliganj. Learned court would clarify the same by recording her oral version and if the court is of the opinion that further proceedings

are unwarranted because of the contents of the affidavit, the court would be at liberty to dispose of or drop the proceedings. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 127 of 2022 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
