At the time of hearing Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner has filed a letter dated 19th August, 2025, which according to him has been issued by the petitioner himself indicating his willingness to withdraw the instant civil revisional application. The said letter is taken on record.

Mr. Ghosh, thus, submits that appropriate order may be passed in terms of the letter dated 19th August, 2025.

In view of such submission, CO 87 of 2025 is disposed of as withdrawn.
