1. The affidavit of service is taken on record.

2. Petitioners have preferred the present writ petition, being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authority in not deciding their representation dated 5.5.2025, and in failing to release the outstanding dues to the petitioners towards supply of medicines/medical equipment.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that they have no objection in considering the petitioners' representation dated 5.5.2025.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners shall be satisfied if their representation is considered and decided within a time-bound period.

5. In view of the submissions made by the parties, this Court directs the respondent no. 3, CMOH Kalimpong to consider and dispose of the

petitioners' representation dated 5.5.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioners by way of a speaking order.

6. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Since no affidavit-in-opposition has been called for, the allegations made in the writ petition shall be deemed to have been denied.
