1. By order dated 04.07.2022, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court observed that the appellant was un-represented and the matter was peremptorily listed on 7th July, 2022. It was observed in the said order that if the appellant is not represented on the adjourned day, the appeal shall be dismissed.

2. Thereafter, the appeal has come up for hearing on a number of occasions but the appellant has remained un-represented on all occasions. It appears that the appellant is not vigilant to prosecute the appeal.

3. Accordingly, the appeal and the connected applications are dismissed for default.
