Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Report submitted by the State is taken on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on 17th February, 2025. There is no change in circumstances of the case which warrants a favourable order at this stage.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer and submits that three more witnesses are remaining to be examined and the prosecution shall conclude such examination within 45 days from the next date fixed before the learned trial Court.

In view of the above, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

However, the learned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law and in the light of the submission made on behalf of the State.

The application for bail is thus disposed of. Case Diary be returned.
