The writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.3 (The West Bengal Board of Primary Education) to consider the prayer of the petitioner for inter-district transfer in accordance with law.

The petitioner shall be heard. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to cots.

All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
