Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that there was a love affair between the petitioner and the victim girl. Learned advocate for the State draws attention of this court to the statement recorded section 164 Cr.P.C. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the materials available in the case diary and the statement recorded section 164 Cr.P.C, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
