Learned Additional Advocate General for the State submits that there was supply, but it was insufficient.

But from the hearing of the parties I have found that the supply which was being made earlier was stopped for a long time. However, I am not entering into this when a report has been filed in the form of an affidavit stating that water connection has been given in that village from which the villagers are getting drinking water.

Therefore, this matter is disposed of as no other

point is required to be adjudicated in this matter. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J. )
