Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after going through the communications filed by the State on the earlier occasion, submits that as regards the petitioner's father, the representation has been adequately dealt with. However, so far as the son i.e. the present petitioner is concerned, he may be engaged for appropriate work.

It appears that the respondent authorities have complied with the earlier direction and considered the representation of the petitioner.

So far as the father of the petitioner is concerned since 10 years' continuous service has not been completed, therefore necessary relief could not be granted. The report also says that so far as the petitioner is concerned as there is no requirement for monthly

engagement, at present he may be engaged for farm work from time to time as and when required on daily wage basis if the petitioner agrees.

It appears that the petitioner's prayer has, thus, also been considered and in the facts and circumstances of the case, if the petitioner agrees, the respondent authorities are willing to engage him in farm work from time to time on daily wage basis as and when required.

Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order may be supplied to the parties expeditiously, if applied for. .
