Though the matter was heard on merit and fixed for passing judgment but now the petitioner submits that he intends to withdraw the present revisional application with liberty to file an appeal as per the provision provided under law.

In view of the submission made by the Counsel for the petitioner,CO 47 of 2023 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

It is made clear that if the petitioner intends to take steps, Section 14 of the Limitation Act may be taken into consideration.
