In light of the aforesaid fact, we are of the opinion violation of condition of bail is a technical one.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to cancel the bail granted to opposite party no.2.

CRM (DB) 263 of 2024 is thus, dismissed.

However, we direct opposite party no.2 to scrupulously comply with the conditions of bail in future.
