1. The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the complaint is vague without mention of name of any miscreants and/or nature of injury is found not worthy of reliance, in view of the materials available in the C.D., particularly, those regarding injuries sustained by the victim.

2. Considering all as above, the prayer for bail is rejected.
